How selling works
You can ask to sell some or all of your shares on any day. Your request joins the redemption queue, and shares are bought back on the 10th of the month.
The price is the latest valuation price, so you know in advance what each share is worth. Most requests are paid within one to three months.
Fees and limits
If you sell within three years of buying, an exit fee of 3% goes back to the fund to protect the investors who stay. After three years there is no exit fee.
In a crisis the queue can be paused for up to 12 months, so the fund is never forced to sell buildings at a bad price. This is explained in the risk disclosure.
Your monthly payouts continue on the shares you still hold while you wait.
