The rules for using the Rentroll website. By browsing the site, you agree to these terms. They do not form an offer to buy or sell shares in the fund.

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Rentroll Ltd. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Some services we offer may come with their own agreement. If there is a conflict, that agreement applies to the service it covers.
2. Not an offer, not advice
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, shares in the Rentroll fund in any country where such an offer would be unlawful. Shares may only be subscribed on the basis of the fund’s official documents (prospectus, key information document and articles), available from us on request.
The content of this site is general information. It is not investment, tax or legal advice and does not take your personal situation into account. If you are unsure whether the fund suits you, speak to a licensed financial adviser.
The fund may not be available to residents of some countries, including the United States, or to some categories of investors.
3. Using the website
You may browse the site and use its content for your own information. You agree not to misuse it: no attempts to break its security, overload it, collect data from it with automated tools, or use it for anything unlawful.
