tax statement a year, sent every January
What you receive
Your monthly payout is your share of the fund’s net rent. It is paid in euros, on the 10th, to the bank account on your investor profile.
How it is taxed depends on where you live, not on where the buildings are. In most countries it is declared as investment income.
The statement we send
Every January we send one statement covering the previous year: the payouts you received, any tax withheld and the value of your shares at the last valuation.
Keep it with your other investment documents. It contains everything most tax returns ask for.
We cannot give tax advice. If your situation is not simple, show the statement to a tax adviser in your country.
